What we collect
Your email and password (stored securely), the details you add in My info (name, title, company, phone, address, signature), the files and calendar events you create, files you send or receive, and basic sign-in records used to enforce the 2-device limit.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your plan status, renewal dates and receipts.
How we use it
To run your office, save your files, process payments, keep your account secure, send account emails (like confirmations and password resets), and answer questions.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the providers that help run the service (hosting, payments, email), when you choose to send a file or signing request to someone, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Your files are private to your account and protected by access rules on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
Your choices
You can update your details in My info, delete files anytime, and delete your whole account, which permanently erases your data.
Children
Escrisheets is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will note the date at the top.
