Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Escrisheets ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Escrisheets.
2. The service
Escrisheets is an online office: documents, spreadsheets, charts, forms, slides, notes, PDF tools, a calendar, file sharing and e-signing. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your password private. One membership is for one person. An account may be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time; sharing an account is not allowed. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Membership, billing and automatic renewal
Membership costs $6.99 USD per month plus any applicable tax. It renews automatically every month, and the card on file is charged at each renewal, until you cancel. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.
5. Canceling and refunds
You can cancel anytime from Billing in one click. After canceling you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can get a full refund of a payment if you ask within 7 days of being charged. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access ends right away.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and you keep access for a short time. If the payment still isn't made, access may be paused until it is.
7. Your content
You own the files you create. You give us only the permission needed to store, display, copy and send them so the service works. You are responsible for what you create and share, and for having the right to share it. Each account includes up to 30 GB of storage.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Escrisheets for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or abusive; do not try to break into accounts or the service, overload it, or resell it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
9. Electronic signatures
Escrisheets lets you collect signatures on documents. You are responsible for making sure an electronic signature is valid and appropriate for your purpose and location. We are not a party to agreements you sign or send.
10. Deleting your account
You can delete your account from My info. This cancels your membership and permanently erases your files; it cannot be undone.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important files.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know before it applies. Continuing to use Escrisheets after that means you accept the updated Terms.
